Good to know
Do you have backup during load shedding?
Yes. The lodge runs on rooftop solar with a 20 kVA diesel generator. Rooms keep lights, plugs, Wi-Fi, and hot water. We do not run the lift on generator.
Can I book after hours?
Yes. Share dates, guest count, and a contact number here. Night porter confirms by 08:00 if you write after 21:00.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, a Cape breakfast (hot + continental) is included 07:00–09:30. Vegetarian and Halaal-friendly options with 24 hours’ notice.
